PE and Sports at Orchards Infants
PE and Sport is a real passion at Orchards Infant School and we are proud to be part of the West Sussex Sports Association (WSSA). We aim to participate and compete in as many festivals and competitions as possible throughout the year.

Recent Sporting Events
KS1 Rugby Festival
We were very fortunate to be invited to take part in the KS! Rugby Festival held at TAB Junior School. The children involved represented the school fantastically well and we had a very enjoyable afternoon putting our skills to the test across a range of activities.
NAK
Our New Age Kurlers enjoyed success as the KS1 competition, beating 15 other teams to bring the trophy and medals back to school. Congratulations everyone.
Gymnastics
Our gymnasts performed amazingly well during the Gymnastics competition. Unfortunately we missed out on medals but all received a certificate for working hard and performing well.
KS1 Indoor Athletics
Our KS1 Indoor Athletics squad brought home the trophy after some sensational displays of throwing, jumping and running. Congratulations to all involved.
KS1 Football
A superb afternoon of football ended with a loss in the quarter finals for our boys, conceding only one goal all afternoon. Both teams did us proud and were exemplary examples of Orchards pupils, well done everyone.
